In the mid-1960's Dave King and Mary Stoner were both working for IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY. They eventually met, married, and settled down in the area to raise two boys, Jeff and Mike (aka Marius). The boys have long since left home, and Dave and Mary have both retired and moved into what was their vacation home on Brant Lake in the Adirondack Mountains in northern New York State. Here they enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing & kayaking, swimming, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. When the weather is uncooperative they keep busy with a variety of hobbies and their involvement in a number of volunteer organizations.
