Greek Iced Coffee
	2 teaspoons    instant coffee   2 teaspoons    sugar   2   ice cubes   1/4 cups    water   1/3 cups    milk   or   2 teaspoons    instant coffee   2 teaspoons    decaffeinated instant coffee   2   ice cubes   1/2 cups    cold water   2/3 cups    milk     1 Place all ingredients but milk in shaker.
