Preheat oven to 400°. |

Wash unpeeled potatoes. Pat dry. |

Cut each potato lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into 4 or more wedges. |

In medium bowl, mix spices and oil. Add potatoes and toss until coated. |

Place potatoes on baking pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with oil. |

Bake 30-40 minutes or until crisp and golden, turning once after 20 minutes. |
